Significant Industrial Sale, Porthmadog

The Firm have recently been pleased to conclude a significant sale in the above town, where they acted jointly with Charterfields Real Estate Limited, in the sale of a prominent site of 1.05 hectares (2.6 acres) on the established Penamser Industrial Estate.

The premises comprised two industrial buildings, providing a total of 2436.9 sq m (26,231 sq ft), and have been sold in a reasonable time frame, to expanding regional builders merchants, Huws Gray.

The premises were sold off an asking price of £490,000, and Fraser Crewe who handled the sale commented “We were pleased to conclude a sale to the expanding Huws Gray Group, who identified this as a suitable opportunity for their expanding North Wales operation. It afforded an opportunity for them to gain representation on this established Industrial Estate, with other occupiers including The Post Office, Hewden Joinery and other allied trade warehouse users”.
