St John’s Court, Vicars Lane, Chester – Management Role Confirmed

On instructions of the Grosvenor Estate the firm have recently been appointed to deal with the general management of this central office scheme off Vicars Lane.

The development comprises both refurbished and some modern buildings all utilised as offices, including tenants such as Exacta Plc, Allington Hughes Solicitors, Meacher Jones Accountants and Clicky Media amongst others totalling approximately 2084.7 sq m (22,441 sq ft).

Ruth Fearnall, who will deal with the instruction, confirms ‘it provides an ideal opportunity for us to get involved in some active estate management dealing with general improvement in services at the scheme, and also let some vacant car parking’

There is one office building remaining at the site, Unit 5, comprising 171.8 sq m (1850 sq ft), and enquiries are invited.
