The firm have recently concluded an interesting disposal on behalf of a pharmaceutical company who have relocated to Manchester. Beresford Adams Commercial have been involved in undertaking various commercial property matters on their clients behalf for over 25 years. The premises provided 514 sq m (5533 sq ft) on a site area of 0.594 acres, and were considered suitable for existing use, or alternative uses, subject to planning, being highly prominent to one of the main arterial routes into Chester.
A sale has been concluded off the asking price of £500,000, for residential development purposes, and has been bought by Mike Nield Homes, to develop a traditional semi-detached housing scheme upon the site.
Justin Rice-Jones who handled the sale confirmed “we received a good level of enquiries for the site for a range of uses. However it became apparent that there would be interest for alternative use, subject to planning, and following successful submission of a planning application, and with consent granted, the sale has now completed with a start on site expected shortly”
