Housing Group Secure Ellesmere Port Offices

Acting on behalf Frogmore Real Estate, Beresford Adams Commercial are pleased to announce that a letting at the former Primary Care Trust offices at 7-9 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0AX, has now completed on confidential terms.

The substantial self-contained first floor office premises, which extend to 7,906 sq ft (734 sq m), have been taken by the Dane Plus Housing Group from Liverpool to accommodate its workforce that will be fulfilling the recently won Cheshire West & Chester Local Authority Housing Stock Management contract. The Civic Way offices which form part of the Port Arcades shopping precinct development are situated on Civic Way opposite the local authority offices and library and adjacent to the bus station.
