Cinderbox Coffee open in Chester

On behalf of Grosvenor Estate, Chester, the firm have recently let 55 Bridge Street, following extensive refurbishment works, to an exciting new retailer Cinderbox Coffee. The tenants worked closely with the landlords to accommodate their own shop fitting within a designed programme of works.

Cinderbox Coffee outlet is operated by Chris Ching and Karen Rowe.

Justin Rice Jones from the Agents confirms “this is an encouraging letting within this section of the street. The refurbishment works have created a well-proportioned unit, which generated a good level of enquiries. The fit out is of good quality and was thoughtfully planned, and we are sure that it will present a welcome addition to Bridge Street.

The premises have been let off an asking rent of £32,500 pax, and the tenants have taken on a new medium term lease”.
