As part of their national programme of expansion, Toolstation have announced the
acquisition of Units 3&4 Chester Trade Park off Bumpers Lane in Chester.^

The trade counter operator has taken a new 10 year lease of the 5,000 sq ft trade counter unit from Cheshire West and Chester Council.

The landlords were represented by Beresford Adams Commercial and Toolstation by
Adept Consultancy.

Philip MacLauchlan of Adept Consultancy commented "Chester was the next logical
location in the North West for Toolstation and we are delighted to have secured this modern trade counter unit adjacent to complimentary trade counter occupiers".

Acting for the landlords, Tom Creer of Beresford Adams Commercial said "in this
tough economic climate it is extremely encouraging to secured such a strong national operator at Chester Trade Park and thus securing rental income for the next 10 years on this substantial property".
