Following the successful letting of the industrial accommodation of the former Mason's Print Group building, Viscount House, Stockport based Condie Investments have secured a key anchor tenant for the entire second floor of their Viscount House Business Centre at River Lane, Saltney nr Chester.

First Line Digital, one of the nation's largest digital satellite equipment installer who have substantial contracts with Sky and Eaga Plc delivering both Sky Services and the Digital Switchover Help Scheme, have taken a total of 2,600 sq ft of refurbished office accommodation within the new Viscount House Business Centre. Nigel Blyth, Director of Condie Investments commented

Managing Director for First Line Digital Mr Mike Davies said "First Line Digital have been established in Saltney for many years and our recent expansion has demanded both increased and better quality office accommodation. Viscount House Business Centre was the obvious location for us given that our main Head Quarters and Warehousing have always been located at the Borders Industrial Park half a mile further down River Lane".
