Acting on behalf of private Landlords, BA Commercial are pleased to confirm the letting of 25 Hope Street, Wrexham, LL11 1BD.

The premises comprise a large, effective two storey premises, providing a total of 2453 sq ft (227.7 sq m). The premises have been let to EE (a subsidiary of BT PLC) on the basis of a new five year lease, off an asking rental of £22,500 pax. The deal involved a significant contribution from the landlord in terms of rent free and incorporates a break clause. The tenants were represented by MXX Retail of London.
