Acting on behalf of existing management clients, BA Commercial have recently let the ground floor shop of 42 Pillory Street, Nantwich CW5 5BG.
The premises comprised a former cafe unit with A3 restaurant consent, extending to 44.7 sq m (481 sq ft), and has been let on the basis of a new five year lease to Little Yellow Pig, who operate a similar high class unit in Hoole, Chester, and off a quoting rental of £8,320 pax (£160 per week).
