Acting on behalf of Management clients, BA Commercial have recently disposed of the freehold of 82 Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0AA.

The building comprised a prominent semi-detached building facing Marina Drive and whilst vacant, providing a self-contained ground floor sales of 56.29 sq m (605.85 sq ft) plus a first floor office area of 56.1 sq m (603.93 sq ft), together with a front car parking area and large area of land to the rear.

The premises were offered at a figure of £190,000 and a sale was concluded close to this figure to a Liverpool based investor.

Justin Rice-Jones who handled the sale commented “these premises are prominently located in Ellesmere Port town centre and there was interest shown from both investors and owners/occupiers for the accommodation”.
