Gareth has been involved in the North Wales commercial property market for in excess of 40 years, having operated his own practice for many years before merging in 2013.

North Wales born and bred, Gareth worked in his early years at Healey & Baker in London, now Cushman & Wakefield, a major international property consultancy.

Gareth deals with all commercial property sectors, and is a rent review and lease renewal specialist.

Outside of work Gareth’s pursuits revolve around outdoor interests, particularly walking, and he is also a fervent supporter of the Welsh Rugby Team.
